Fall has a sense of humour
Isn’t Fall sooo funny.
Throwing around high temperatures,
low temperatures,
cold,
hot.
‘Ahhhhh, i should NOT have worn this sweater today!’
Laughing at us
as we over dress,
under-dress,
sweat,
shiver as we get in a coool breezes way.
Oh well,
they say laughter is good for the health.
The Weathers Spiny
The suns quite bright,
the suns quite shiny,
but despite that lite,
the weathers spiny.
Yesterday,
Spring was so bold,
to for a day
take hold,
and warm us up,
and make us warmer,
and make outside feel
like a place once more real.
But winter is back
again today,
which is where
spineyness
comes into play.
My body staggers
like a boxer hit
as winter cold envelopes it,
still reveling in
spring like warmth
not expecting,
a strong right hook
a straight right jab;
the warmth is gone
i feel so sad.
After the shock
has come and gone,
i am able to sing
a new warm song
of spring approaching
slowly taking hold
and now the day
is not quite so cold
as spring thoughts warm me
to the core me.
Yahoo
Hip, hip hooray
spring is nearly here today.
Winter observations
Winter,
winter,
winter,
is here.
Snow,
trickles from clouds
and touches,
tickles,
my face.
It’s white
a sight,
all white,
eyes dazed
from rays
on sunny days.
Winter is
boldly cold,
and
meekly insistent
on a bit of above zero
now and then.

Inside is the new outside
Fall.
Autumn.
Opens
the joy of inside.
cutting cold
falling rain
drifting snow
blustering wind
cooool temperatures
redefine
inside/outsides
rolls.
Now inside is the new outside;
the place we
want to be in.
No longer do we dreamily stare out the window
wishing to sit outside on the grass
in the sun;
now we look with longing
through windows
at warm interiors
with heaters blasting
wishing for a comfy chair
as we endure
the elementals of outside
that follow fall.
Singing in the Rain
It’s spring, so sing
in the key of flower.
Don’t be sour
if it rains, if it pours,
since rain is green power
helping plants from the ground
enabling them to appear all around us.
So say hurrah when it rains,
raise three cheers when it pours,
run outside,
stand in it
and sing
in the key of water trickling down a drainpipe.
